1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is provided.
- Products that are customized, made-to-order, or personalized are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom-printed labels, stickers, or tags.
- Digital design files or downloads.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In case of online payment gateways, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- If production or dispatch has already started, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong product, defective item), LabelKhoj will bear the shipping charges.
- If the return is due to customer preference (not liking the product, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
